Hi Ryan thanks for your review we as hosts always appreciate the ability to get better and i take these feedbacks very seriously normally, Im sorry we could not make you happy. However your review is unjust your taking pictures of thigs that are not even relevant ie a neighbors property, the gas grill cover on the ground where the grill was uncovered its fully functional with gas .Ill acknowledge the cleaners did not leave garbage bags to which i replied that there would be more dropped off. The thermostat is set at 69-74 degrees farenheight and if you wanted it adjusted warmer or cooler you could have just asked which is stated on the app. I also left you a bad review due to your language and the way you handled things id recommend to other hosts to stay away from you as a guest. Id classify you as a total Karen in lamens terms so I'm just disregarding this review entirely and moving on I have over 100 reviews on Air bnb and vrbo with good feedback some occasional complaints which are normal and just. I always try and rectify and accommodate our guests or make adjustments s that better the stay of our tenants. Best of luck in your future endeavors

Sorry if the temperature wasnt up to your liking but you need to communicate that on the app. I never got a text or email from you asking me to adjust. I can adjust remotely through my NEST thermostat. In addition the bedroom is a full queen and a full couch. The couch isnt a pull out and both are represented in the pictures.

There is absolutely no safety hazard the entire electrical panel was upgraded and replaced by a qualified electrican in the past 2 months so this is totally made up statement.,. The tenant was upset at a few fingerprints on the outside of the microwave that the cleaners had left closing the door which i agreed with. I went over inspected and the place was very clean in thier presense and addressed this with them. I personally didnt find a issue not could tthey point out anything else in my presense. . As far as not secure and gaps this is also false . I took video of the place at the time of them leaving i will post online so people can make thier own determiniation. All the windows are double pane vinyl windows with double locks, the house is solid block and the door is a 1 and 3/4 solid wood door with a lock and a deadbolt.I have no idea how any lake animals or critters would enter the premise unless the door was left wide open. I also have multiple great reviews on air bnb and also VRBO. Lastly i sent the pictures to my cleaners and they stated the place was clean and sanitized and provided me a time stamp of when the cleaners were there. I try my best to accommodate everyone's requests however for some reason there was no making them happy so they decided to leave.
