Free street parking is available in front of the townhome and across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park up to 2 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This private gated community is surrounded by 200 acres of beautiful natural Florida woodlands and lakes. This property is located in the community of Festival Minto Resorts, which offers a community pool with water park, clubhouse, miniature golf, general store, old fashioned ice cream parlor, digital arcade, and sand volleyball courts.



Getting Around:

Festival is located off of I-4/Exit 58. West on ChampionsGate Boulevard to Ronald Reagan Parkway.



Other Things to Note:

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• Please be advised that hot water is currently unavailable.



Additional Services:

(Pool is currently unavailable)• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day night service, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance
