Welcome Home to Lucks Landing!
This recently renovated single-story home offers a charming blend of comfort and practicality for an inviting space to call home while visiting Central Ohio. The house features an open living room and kitchen that leads to a covered patio and large fenced-in backyard. Down the hall are a full bathroom and three private bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a convenient en suite bathroom.
Guests may park on the street, in the driveway, or in the attached single-car garage. After entering through the front door into the entry space, you`ll find an open living room with a comfy sectional and 50” TV and a bright white modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a peninsula complete with bar stools for enjoying homemade meals. Behind the kitchen is the entrance to the attached single-car garage, the spacious laundry room, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and fenced backyard. The large windows in the front, the sliding glass doors in the back, and the open-concept layout all come together to fill this home’s living space with natural light and a relaxed airy atmosphere.
Each bedroom features comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and ample clothing storage. Guests may choose the front bedroom that doubles as a private office, the green and serene middle bedroom, or the primary bedroom with TV and private en suite bathroom. In addition to the full bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combo, the en suite bathroom has a standup shower and extra space for linen storage.
Lucks Landing is a chic and convenient home with enough space and privacy for families, friends, roommates, or colleagues to all live comfortably and peacefully while visiting Central Ohio.
4% credit card fees will not be refunded for guest cancellations or modifications.

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. Parties may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Any evidence of smoking may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund.
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside.
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. Only registered service animals with proper documentation are exempt from the pet fee.
• All animals must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when in the property without a responsible adult in charge of their care.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Litter boxes and pet food must not be left outside.
• No pets may be left outside without supervision.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation without refund, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
• If your reservation is cancelled due to rule violations, you must remove all belonging from the property. Any vehicles left of the property after cancellation will be towed at the car owner`s expense.
