AMAZING LOCATION!! 3-minute-walk to the Village and Gondola!! 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, NEWLY REMODELED!
This newly remodeled mid-century modern "Mammoth Estates" townhouse, is located in the heart of it all! Just a few minutes walk to the Village and gondola, in a quaint and quiet, forest mountain-town setting. This 4 bed/3 bath property sleeps 10 and is perfect for a large family or two families.
Downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom attached. Two other bedrooms, located downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a full-size bunk bed and twin trundle, share a full hall bathroom. Then only bedroom upstairs has a king bed with a bathroom right next to it in the hall. Every bedroom has wall-mounted, flat screen, smart t.v.'s with streaming channels, such as Netflix, Disney-Plus, Hulu, Apple, Amazon and more!
The living area features a large flat screen, smart t.v., an electric, push-button-timer-controlled fireplace which emits lots of heat and a balcony with bbq and sitting area. The dining room has table with 7 chairs plus 2 barstools and a credenza stocked with games such as Monopoly, Clue, Life, Uno, etc.
The kitchen has all newer stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and is stocked with coffee pods. Other amenities include a blender, hand mixer, crock pots, mixing bowls, multiple skillet and pots/pans and baking pans.
Washer and Dryer located in downstairs bedroom closet.
This unit is fully contained with everything you could ever need! Enjoy staying in and cooking or walking a few minutes to a variety of restaurants at the Village. This 2-story townhouse has double doors facing the parking lot and only one shared wall...no units above or below this...and walking up multiple flights of stairs and hallways to find it. You can park right in front, with easy access to your car for loading/unloading bags/gear, and never have to move your car until it's time to go home! Comes with 2 parking passes to hang on your rearview mirror. Also, there is a storage closet on the front porch, to store your snowboards and skis!
