Kitchen, dining area, sitting area and bathroom make living large, easy in this studio. Stacking W/D, Shared patio w/gas fireplace, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, Cruiser bikes, & FREE Parking. Pets welcome for addt'l fee.
The studio comes with a fully stocked galley kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Apartment sized stainless appliances including refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for 4. There is also a small desk that can be used for laptop space or working remotely.
The main living space is equipped with a King size bed, and a large comfortable couch. There is closet space for hanging clothes and a dresser for storing personal items. All bedding and linens are comfortable and high quality. Flat screen SMART TV with cable, make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Cable or Amazon!
Bright and clean bath including a large walk in, tile shower with 2 shower heads, a vanity and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Stacking Washer & Dryer for guest use.
Fenced backyard SHARED with the main house guests AND a private area at back of studio for personal use. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the patio or enjoy the cozy gas fire place for a cool night on the shared patio with comfortable seating. Patio table & chairs, BBQ grill and an additional wood burning fire pit are provided. (Bring your own wood!)
Cruiser bikes are for guest use and shared with the other guests at the property.
Pack n play, portable high chair, jog stroller and double bike trailer available on request.

Guests have access to the entire private studio, bikes in common areas & shared backyard.

**There is a pak n play and jog stroller available on request.
**Our personal bikes are available and are shared with all guests on a first come-first served basis. Front porch of home is a "common area" that holds the bikes. strollers and bicycle supplies. Guests from the studios will also have access to this area with a key. There are plenty of bikes but some are authentic vintage cruisers while others are newer. I have had people tell me some of the bikes are not "functional" as they are old. We use the older bikes all the time and prefer them over the new ones. I am offering my personal bikes for use- they are not guaranteed to meet all of your needs or tastes. Please use if you would like OR there are plenty of bikes that can be rented nearby :) There is also a bike shop on 13th that can do basic tire changes, or adjustments for a low price.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". This neighborhood is a local favorite and a great place to experience the heart and soul of Boise. Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, and a convenience store within 3 blocks of the home. Just 1 block East is the famous Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport. With the foothills to the North, and Downtown, the River & Boise State University to the South, you will be in the center of everything! Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, the Botanical gardens, Taco Bell Arena, public transportation, and the Boise Greenbelt are also convenient to the property.
Getting Around:
This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. There are “old” cruiser bikes available for guests, the Boise Green Bikes are located on 13th & Alturas (available at low cost) and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.
Other Things to Note:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $40 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear
Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to lockbox. Private guest tours are available upon request at no additional charge. We are happy to show you around Boise. Just Ask!

Beautiful Boise
We stayed here once last year so we knew what to expect. It is a small studio that works and in a great neighborhood. Someone dropped the ball on sending us check-in instructions so we had to hang out til 5:30 to get in. Otherwise it was fine.

Great area, not so great VRBO experience
We were surprised to find out, after booking, that this management company required a copy of drivers licence or passport be submitted via their site (not VRBO). We were not comfortable with this but had no options as they would not allow us to cancel without a penalty. The apartment location is great, but the apartment is far from updated. You can hear every sound from the apartment above also.

Excellent conversion of a garage space. Staying in town for a concert with 2 friends and needed something relatively close to downtown, easily accessible using a rideshare. This property fits the bill. Great shower space. The pillar by the bed was a bit weird, but luckily noone rolled into it while sleeping. The only real complaint is that yhere was a lot of light coming in all night and no way to block it, and with three late night concert goers, we weren't happy when the upstairs people started clumping around relatively early. It was just before 0700, which is fine during the week....but we weren't getting up for a couple more hours. Overall a decent location for our purposes. Owner was very responsive with communication if there was a question.
