Willkommen im schönen Otter Lake, diese gepflegte Familiengastkabine auf dem Wasser könnte Ihnen diesen Sommer oder Herbst gehören. Wir haben ab sofort für Buchungen für 2019 geöffnet. Zwei Nächte ist der Mindestaufenthalt.

Sie können nicht näher an das Wasser als dieses! Besuchen Sie den ruhigen Otter Lake und mieten Sie die Wohnräume dieses gemütlichen Bootshauses mit offenem Balkon und Grill. Offenes Konzept, schönes Interieur aus natürlichem Kiefernholz, ein Queensize-Bett und eine ausklappbare Couch. Saubere hell mit Süd-West Exposition, Sonne den ganzen Tag lang, und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Brand new Herd, aufrecht Dusche, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, kostenlose Bootsanleger nebenan und keine Gebühr Bootsanleger enthalten. Tolles Angeln und ein sehr schöner und ruhiger See.

Es gibt ein Paddelboot und zwei kleine Kajaks mit Paddeln und Schwimmwesten, die im Mietpreis enthalten sind. Handeln Sie schnell für dieses ultimative Bootshauserlebnis auf dem Wasser für 2019.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur an verantwortungsbewusste Erwachsene ab 30 Jahren vermieten. Kleine Kinder mit 30-jährigen Erziehungsberechtigten sind ebenfalls willkommen. Sie müssen auch Ihr eigenes Trinkwasser sowie Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge und Badetücher mitbringen. Aber es gibt Geschirrtücher und Waschlappen und alles, was Sie sonst noch brauchen könnten. Wöchentliche Anmietungen haben bei der Buchung Priorität. Danke, dass Sie uns überprüft haben.
Wochenendmieten sind $ 350 von Freitag 15 Uhr bis Sonntag 11 Uhr. Lange Wochenenden sind $ 500 von Freitag 03.00 um 11 Uhr bis Montag. Woche Mietobjekt sind 980 $ von Samstag um 15.00 um 11 Uhr bis Samstag. A $ 300 Kaution und unterzeichneten Vereinbarung ist für alle Anmietungen bei der Ankunft völlig zurückerstattet auf sichere Abfahrt. Extra Gebühr für das Herunterladen oder Streaming. Wifi ist sehr begrenzt.
Marina in der Nähe mit Wasserfahrzeug, Ski und Schläuche Verleih und einen Laden. Nur 10 km von der Stadt Parry Sound und allen Annehmlichkeiten und wo Sie die Island Queen reiten und die Gewässer der Georgian Bay erkunden oder sogar ein Wasserflugzeug mieten können.
Es gibt ein Paddelboot und zwei kleine offene Kajaks mit Paddel und Schwimmwesten, die im Mietpreis enthalten sind.

Bettwäsche:
Es gibt Bettdecken und Decken und alles, was Sie sonst noch brauchen könnten. Sie müssen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen.

W-lan:
Wifi ist verfügbar, jedoch auf einen Gig pro Tag begrenzt, sodass kein Download oder Streaming möglich ist.

Wasser trinken:

Beautiful cottage with spectacular views

The place is exactly remote as we’ve expected. No overcrowded. The house is pretty, cozy and kind of felt like a house you see in one of those nostalgic days. The views are breathtaking. We paddled across the lake using the boat. And it is so refreshing and relaxing. Would recommend 10/10 to any couples.

Perfect cottage retreat for two

Owen’s place is so clean and home-y, it feels like you are staying at a friends place. The location is very convenient, the boathouse is clean and kayaks are accessible and easy to use. My partner and I thought it was the perfect getaway for two and we had a fantastic time together. We cooked on the bbq, enjoyed the cable TV when it rained and overlooked a scenic unobstructed view of the lake. Super quiet at night, reasonable rate. We definitely want to return! Thank you so much.

perfect getaway for 2

Owen’s boathouse is truly a hidden gem and a perfect getaway spot for a couple! I stayed here with my boyfriend this past weekend and had the most peaceful stay. Everything you need is avaible to you — a cozy bed, stunning lake view, cozy cottage furniture including dining table and couch, all cutlery, A/C, kitchen utensils, satiate TV, netfllix, functioning toilet & shower etc. We took the paddle boat and kayaks out all weekend and tanned in the middle of the lake. My favourite part of this whole trip was the enjoying breakfast and coffee out on the balcony with the stunning view. The property is CLEAN and well maintained. A must stay if you’re looking for a cozy & peaceful getaway for two. I cannot recommend Owen’s place enough☺️! I cannot wait to come back!!!!!

We enjoyed our time at the Boathouse. Owen was responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was easy to find, the location was quite private, and well equipped. Kayaking was lovely as this end of the lake is not too busy.

Can't get closer to the water than this!

I had a great stay at the Upper Boathouse. I didn't need anything more since I was there to get some quiet time alone. Paddleboarding in the mornings was my favorite time of the day! Water was so still, quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is provided for you. The bed could use a new mattress in my opinion but I had back surgery a few years ago so may not be an issue for anyone else. Will definitely look to go back again! Thank you Owen and Rob!

Perfect relaxing getaway

This is a great little property that is perfect for 2 adults looking for a relaxing getaway. We were there just after Canada Day and the boat traffic was mininal, neighbours are at a fair distance so you have privacy. The balcony is right over the water so you have a fantastic view. Even during a rainy day you can sit in the boathouse and just watch the rain fall on the water. The kitchen has all the basic utensils you would need along with some oils and simple spices but if you need something specific best to bring that along yourself. Everything was neat, clean and arranged nicely so it feels spacious. Owen was a great host and we definitely hope to visit again!

Peaceful and tranquil getaway

2 nights away from the city in the boathouse was exactly what I was looking for. Owen was clear and concise and the space has spectacular views. The bed was comfy and I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony soaking up the sun. On arrival we saw a deer which felt really special. The weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t get to use the kayaks but that would be the best way to see the lake. Get out on the water and see the beauty; it is a quiet lake. Thanks again Owen. We loved it!

Lovely getaway

What a special place. Owens boathouse is a little gem and we were so pleased with the space. The boathouse is larger than I expected and has everything you could want/need. The views and the lake are incredible. The lake is beautiful to swim in. We arrived Sunday-mid week and it was quiet and peaceful. The boathouse is thoughtfully laid out and has everything you could need to cook & relax comfortably. Owen is a great host, he was very responsive and caring. Thank you, Owen!

Quiet couple retreat

This boat house was super cute and in a great location. Check in was easy and place had everything you need.. High winds made power go out but the property owner was right there to provide generator back up until it came back on. Parry Sound was 10 min away with great places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay! Very peaceful — a great little boathouse for a weekend away. Owen was really helpful, getting the paddle boat out for us to use and very responsive. Would recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at Owen's cottage. The views from the cottage are absolutley beautiful. We brought up our boat. It was great to be able to dock the boat right at the cottage. The fishing was pretty good. The only thing we missed was a fire pit. We will most definitely be returning. Thanks Owen for a great stay!

Amazing stay on the lake

This was exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful and relaxing stay on the lake. The property owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The kayaks and paddle boats were definitely an asset. The lake is relatively calm and we were able to enjoy great weather during our stay. Home had everything you need including full kitchen. Would highly recommend this property and would love to revisit one day.

A Cozy Paradise on Otter Lake

After turning off the highway and traveling for what seems to be forever down a dirt road, the scenery opens up to what can only be described as a cottage heaven. Situated right beside the boat launch into Otter Lake is this lovely two story building. Walking up the stairs to the space reveals a quaint, old style charm that can often be lost on newer styled cottages. It has plenty of space for two people to spend a relaxing weekend or more on the water. The owner provides you with kayaks and a paddle-boat to explore the lake, and the cottage itself is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The view was beautiful both during the quiet days and the star-flecked nights and the neighbours are far enough away that you will not be disturbed. The cottage is only a short drive into Parry Sound. All in All I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone who wants to get away and relax!

A summer week at the boathouse

My partner and I stayed at the boathouse for a week in July. It is situated a 15 minute drive from Parry Sound next to a boat launch and in a small slightly more protected bay on Otter Lake with neighbours at a moderate distance on either side. Given that it is next to a boat launch and we were there at the height of summer, there is occasional boat and car traffic at the launch but it’s not disruptive. The property is a literal boathouse - the boat is stored underneath the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a simple one bedroom, as photographed. It was comfortable for the two of us. It’s basic, but entirely functional. The balcony is a highlight, we spent a lot of time out there and down on the small dock below. The balcony has a good BBQ we used frequently. Both the balcony and the dock are small but manageable. Another highlight was the kayaks and paddle boat! We used them several times a day and loved having access to them. Morning and evening kayaks around Otter Lake were lovely. Life jackets are provided but we brought our own. On the weekend the boat and jet ski traffic on the lake increased but that is to be expected. The property owners were accessible and friendly. I would recommend this place as a getaway for two!

Perfect getaway!

Perfect location on the long arm of Otter Lake. Loved the water views, starry nights and proximity to town. Excellent boathouse rental for 2 people! Cottage was well equipped and Owen was a great host!
