Charming 1-bedroom Studio apartment in Danbury with Terrace

-Dearfield Terrace:
Spring to Fall the charming Deerfield Terrace is open for guests to use. (May15-November 15; sometimes mid April if there is no snow fall in the forecast). It has a fire pit and space heaters are available to keep you warm on cooler autumn nights. Very peaceful and cozy space to sip on your morning coffee, do some reading, or simply listen to the sound of nature.



-Scenic rail-trail:
There are a couple of scenic rail-trails nearby if you want to hike, ride your bike or simply go for a walk.
*Empire State Trail
*Maybrook Trailway
*Pine Mountain Hiking trail

-Additional Rules:
*Do not go beyond areas marked "NO TRESPASSING"

*Quiet hours: 9:00pm-7:00am

*Dearfield Terrace: Please don't leave any food or garbage outside or on the terrace. Animals may rip the bags open and strew trash around.

-Maximum occupancy is 4 guests: 2 adults and 2 children 0-10
*Pricing: 2 guests: $350/night
*Additional guest age 0-10 : $100 per night


-Check-in and Checkout:
Early Check-in: Free of charge and based on availability
Late Check-out: $80 per hour from 11:00am-3:00pm. Request must be made at time of booking.

-Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $100. Fees will increase for long stay 7 nights or more.
