Strawberry Park condos feature true ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations. Located directly on the slopes, next to a high speed express chairlift. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and an exercise room on site. All located just steps to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, five bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two full beds, third room has two full size beds, the fourth has one full and a twin. There are two additional twin beds in the loft. Also equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. There is an assigned ski locker on the ski access level, free wifi, great views of slopes and Village.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
