Spacious 4-bedroom Flagstaff Retreat with AC, EV Charger

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in a new Flagstaff neighborhood. Not a party house, but great for family or groups of friends who want a quiet getaway in the pines.

The space
You'll enter on the ground floor to the great room with high ceilings, extra-large plush Lovesac couch (with a secret ball pit for little ones!), big screen smart tv, and gas fireplace.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The table seats eight, and extends to seat 10. There are also three seats at the bar.

The half bath is also conveniently located on the ground floor.

The downstairs bedroom/office has a king bed with a comfy foam topper. The room is filled with natural light during the day, and black out curtains for sleeping. The desk has a nice view of the backyard, high speed internet and an ergonomic chair if you're working remotely. There is a large closet with hangers, small chest of drawers and luggage rack.

Upstairs in the master suite you can enjoy a cal king bed, smart television, and a gas fireplace. Natural light fills the room during the day, just draw the black out curtains when you're ready to wind down. Large connected bathroom, includes dual sinks and walk-in shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also has a large walk in closet.

Laundry room with dryer, and top-loading washer is just past the stairs.

There is a ski theme room with queen bed, and desk with chair that has forest views sometimes including deer! Also has a large closet with hangers, chest of drawers and luggage rack.

There is a space themed room with two twin beds (fun for kids or adults! ) After a day of adventure, crawl into bed and turn on the moon light and astronaut light projector to guide you to slumber land.

Lastly, in the loft space there's a great hangout with a huge love sac, pull-out leather sofa if you need beds for more than eight people, and tv+dvd player.

Enjoy entertaining al fresco in the private, fenced backyard with a large outdoor dining table and gas grill. Great space to hang out or have meals with family and friends.

There's also a ping pong table in the garage for extra fun!

Television's are smart TVs and there is no cable. To watch programming, login to whichever streaming account you have. Please log-out before checking-out to ensure your watch history is not disturbed by future guests.

Wednesday is trash day. Monday is recycling. Please move bins to curb if you are here on those days.

In winter, please keep the gutter deicers plugged in and turned on. Back gutters are powered by the extension cord near the back door. Front gutters are powered by the switch just inside the garage door nearest the outdoor garage door key pad. **Zero-tolerance policy for parties or smoking of any kind. $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund will ensue if violated.
