Hi Janelle, thank you very much for the feed back. I'll look into the matter right away and ensure that the alarms do not go off causing any inconvenience.

I would like to clarify that no indoor guest areas were ever monitored or recorded. That is a solid accusation. The device referenced was placed discreetly behind a lounge chair—not to observe guests, but to deter movement of the chair and prevent tampering with the security system following a past burglary when property was vacant. A monitor is clearly visible above the chair displaying all cameras including the one behind the couch and a notice "not to move the chair". This guest violated that and complained to Vrbo Support even after me explaining the fact to her. The platform formally reviewed the entire setup and requested the device’s removal. I complied immediately. The system has since been upgraded to maintain protection without the need for the camera. Other Comments: Geraldton is a proud and diverse community, including indigenous residents and families. I find it inappropriate for her to cast vague aspersions on local people based on appearance or assumption. Crockery and cutlery are maintained by a dedicated professional cleaning and concierge operator. If any equipment was required. I would have provide it immediately. With Remotes, its a tough one. All linen is professionally laundered through a reputable Geraldton service. I mistakenly offered this guest a five-star review and would not recommend her to any Host.
