✨ Alexa Echo smart speakers throughout the entire home. Ask "Alexa" anything. She is always available to help. Have her set alarms, play music, etc. Music can be played by simply asking her to play your favorite songs or genre. Say "Alexa play music on party time" to play music in the garage and kitchen to have seamless sound throughout the house.
🛏️ 2 couches are available for sleeping if needed as there are extra sheets and pillows available. There is also air mattresses available.

This home is in the heart of the Lombardi neighborhood with fellow Guests and Families located nearby. You really don't need a vehicle as everything is within walking distance.
🏈 Sidewalks make walking to Lambeau, Titletown, Resch Center and the entertainment district easy
🚗 Driveway can fit generally 4 vehicles but other options are available if more space is needed
🛍️ Shopping and Grocery Stores are a short drive (5 min) or can be walked to (15 min)
🏡 House Standards: To keep our homes and communities in excellent condition, the following expectations are firmly enforced:
👥 Stay within posted occupancy limits which includes day visitors
🔇 Maintain respectful noise levels, quiet hours are 10p-8a
🎵 No outdoor speakers or amplified music
🚫 No unauthorized gatherings or events
🚫 No pets
🚫 No fireworks
🚭 No indoor smoking including vaping ($600 violation)
🚗 Guests may bring a total of up to 4 vehicles. Overnight street parking in front of the home is allowed with advance notice to the City of Green Bay. Without notice, parking is prohibited from 3–5 a.m. Just let us know ahead of time — we’ll handle the request for you!
🏈 On game days, Shambeau Guests may use the front yard for event parking. The owner may use 1-2 lawn spots for gameday parking.
📷 The vacation property has a front door and rooftop ring camera for the safety of our guests and the property (audio is disabled for privacy considerations).
