Views views and more views! 2+ acres provides plenty of privacy, while the elevation provides 360-degree views – all within a quick drive of Taos Town and the Tao Ski Valley. Enjoy breakfast on your private deck upstairs overlooking the mountains, have an evening cocktail in the hot tub as you watch the sun set over the valley, then wrap up the night in front of the outdoor kiva fireplace watching all of the stars come out. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house will keep you connected when you’d like it, and two DVDs and two large flat-screen smart TVs provide more man-made entertainment options. When you want a break from enjoying the delicious local cuisine, the fully-equipped, large, functional kitchen makes feeding your crew a breeze. Upstairs is dedicated to the main suite, with an adjustable Tempurpedic king bed opening to a large deck, a private bath and half-bath, and loft area that can serve as extra sleeping space for a child, an office overlooking the mountain, or both. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bath with a jetted tub and separate shower, along with another half-bath for guests. The larger bedroom has another king bed with a memory foam mattress, a covered private patio with outdoor seating and direct access to the hot tub, and a sofa that converts to a double bed; the smaller bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. Store your ski gear in the heated garage, or in the summer, buy a day pass to Quail Ridge and enjoy all the tennis, pickleball, or swimming you’d like.

As we look for pots to cook with there needs to be more pot and pans for 6 person dinner. Big Salad bowls would also be nice. The only frying pan was very old. Didn’t notice if there was enough cooking utensils because we decided to go out to eat.

What a beautiful property! The mountain and sunset views are gorgeous! We had a marvelous time together with other family members reuniting this summer to visit "Grandpa" who lives nearby. It is hard getting together when everyone live in different parts of the world, but we made it happen. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms/living room area are clean. It was 14 days of fun, countless toasts of new beginnings, reconnecting, and being close to nature. Thank you so much.

Great spot for a group

We had 6 adults staying here for an in-person retreat weekend. Everyone loved the house and it was spacious enough for us to all be there without feeling like we were on top of each other. The property is beautiful: great location, wonderful views, and the outdoor kiva fireplace is lovely. Also appreciated how furnished the kitchen was as we cooked many meals in, and there were utensils and pots and pans to do so. Check-in was a little tricky as the door key pad locks somehow weren’t working so we couldn’t get into the house, and communication was delayed around check-in. The house also had a slight dead mouse stench in the kitchen that never really left the whole weekend.We’d still recommend the home and truly had a pleasant stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adobe on the Hill was perfect! We had two sets of parents, grandpa, two teens, and a toddler. The house accommodated us perfectly! Great location... proximity to town and to the slopes both easy. Our hostess, Julianne, was available for any concerns. There was a crazy wind storm while we were there that created minor concerns that she was helpful with. The hot tub was amazing. Great size and kept it's temp.The views are amazing! The sunsets, the mountains, the night sky!!! All magical.Great kitchen with everything you'd need for meal prep. And plenty of seating for those meal times.We will definitely be looking into Adobe on the Hill when we come back to Taos again!
