The 116-acre Sapphire Bay Peninsula serves as the gateway to the City of Rowlett and is surrounded by 2 miles of shoreline in the center of Lake Ray Hubbard.


To ensure a hassle-free experience, the property is equipped with a secure, keyless entry system using an Ultraloq Smart Lock. Guests can conveniently lock and unlock the door using a personal entry code provided for the duration of their stay. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of losing or returning keys!
