Unsere Ferienanlage ist eine sehr familienfreundliche Anlage. Sehen Sie alle tollen Bilder und Standortinformationen. Zögern Sie nicht, Ihre Reservierungen zu tätigen. Buchen Sie jetzt, ob Sie nur ein paar Tage am Wochenende oder einen längeren Aufenthalt in der warmen Sonne am Strand verbringen möchten Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge am Meer. Diese dritte Etage # 325 ist wirklich eine Wahl und hat einen der besten Meerblicke in der gesamten Anlage, von seiner Lage in dem Stapel, der dem Strand am nächsten ist. Sogar von innen ist es wie am Strand mit seinem weiten Fenster mit Panoramablick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unsere Eigentumswohnungen an der Spitze des Golfs am South Thomas Drive befinden sich im Zentrum aller Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten.

Der Blick auf den Strand von dieser dritten Etage Einheit ist atemberaubend. Diese Wohnung verfügt über 2 Queen-Betten, Queen-Schlafsofa, 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad, einen fantastischen Blick auf den Golf und unsere weißen Sandstrände. Wir bieten auch kostenloses WIFI auf dem Zimmer und in der Saison (3 / 1-10 / 31/15) kostenlosen Strandservice mit reservierten zwei Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm. Dies ist ein zusätzlicher Wert von 25 USD pro Tag. Die Wohnung ist Golf-Front ohne Straßen zu überqueren. Sie sehen nur schönen weißen Sand und smaragdgrünes Wasser. Wir verwalten unsere eigenen Einheiten. Die Bilder, die gepostet werden, sind die tatsächlichen Eigentumswohnungen. Beim einfachen Check-in erhalten Sie nach der Zahlung einen Code.

Top of the Gulf ist eine private Wohnanlage mit eigener Sicherheit, Pool, saisonaler Snackbar und einer kurzen Strandpromenade zum Strand. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von Nachtclubs, Restaurants und Golfplätzen entfernt. Weitere Wassersportarten in der Nähe sind Jetski, Charterbootfischen, Parasailing, Kajakfahren und der Verleih von Mopeds und Fahrrädern. Pier Park ist ca. 6 Meilen.

Top of the Gulf- Top Vacation!

My college daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Vera's condo. It is immaculately well kept, very fashionably decorated, and the view was spectacular. The bedding is brand new, the shower HUGE, the kitchen upscale. We enjoyed the entire facility- the pool and the perfectly-placed sitting benches where I could read my book and get some sun. The beach chairs were so comfortable and available. My daughter and I look forward to doing this "Girls Trip" again.

Long Weekend at the Beach

This property was perfect for a long weekend at the beach for one or two people. The photos and description of the unit were accurate. The unit was very clean, but the staff of the property to could do a better job of the hallways cleaner. The pool and beach access were outstanding. It was good to know the owner was a phone call away if needed. She provided me with all the information I needed. The only thing that caught me off guard was having to cough up $15 more dollars for a parking pass. Had no idea about that...should be built in to what you're already paying. For those that want to be in the middle of everything, this unit and this property fit the bill.

Highly Recommend If Looking for Affordable Stay in PCB

I looked at hundreds possibly thousands before deciding on this unit, maninly because of the affordability and the pictures looked good. Pictures can sometimes look better than the property actually is but that was not the case here. The condo was very clean and maintained and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner has been great working with and we had NO hidden surprises. The staff at Top of the Gulf were very friendly and helpful also. I would definitely recommend this unit to others looking for an affordable stay in PCB. The building is older and smells alittle musty but the condo did not. The view was great. Only draw back is not having a private balcony (because I love sitting outdoors) but there are areas on each floor with "community" balconies which gives you opportunity to meet others. Within walking distance of Pineapple Willy's, go-carts, arcade and souvenir shop. Walmart and Walgreen really closeby. For a splurge I reccomend Angelo's for one of the best steaks I've ever eaten (be sure to go at 3:30pm or you'll be starved before you're seated, service was excellent and it was enjoyable). I don't believe we could have found a better place for the price!

Perfect for Us

We have been coming to PCB for many years, and have stayed in many different condominiums over these years. This Top of the Gulf condo is just perfect for a couple to stay for a few days, or a week. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Me and my husband went down for our honeymoon and could not have ask for a better room. The view was absolutely breath taking, we were right on the beach. Everything that you needed was in the room. Very peaceful.

My wife and I had a great stay at TOTG, the staff was friendly, and courteous, Patty in the 2nd floor office was amazing, what ever we needed she was able to help with. also the View from our condo was amazing, we stayed in unit 325, Vera Grover condo, you could not ask for a better view, amazing, also the condo was clean, and everything worked great, the only drawback was that smoking was allowed in the building. Other than that I would recommend looking into it for your vacation, we will definitely use them again for another stay in Panama city Beach. Vera and Larry (owners) were great people to talk to, whatever we needed they were a phone call away

Perfect Vacation!

My husband, our daughters and I stayed in the Grover's unit for about a week and a half. Vera met us at the unit when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. This trip was to celebrate Independence Day, my birthday and our family vacation. The view from the condo was gorgeous! We could see the fireworks from the windows even after we left the beach. The pool and snackbar area is very nice. The snackbar serves delicious food and cold drinks! They even deliver to the beach! Our girls are already asking to go back next summer!!

Great week!

Vera's condo was very nice. We stayed there with our 4 kids and it was a great place for all of us. It was small but we didn't stay in it for long other than eating and sleeping. Vera was a very easy to work with and is a very nice lady. We were very pleased with the condo.

Two weeks in February

My husband and I reserved Vera's condo (#413503) but actually ended up staying in another of her rental units in the same building (#446139), so this review is of her second floor unit. The two weeks we were there (Feb 14-28th) were quite cool with highs in the 40's-60's, but there was record breaking cold in much of the country at that time. Despite the cooler weather, we enjoyed sitting and walking on the beautiful beach and we had a lovely view of the water and the pool from our window. Although the pool area is very nice with lots of seating, the pool is not heated so no one was in the water. The unit was very pleasant and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen supplied with everything we needed for cooking and serving our meals. Vera was a gracious host and always available by phone, text, or email.

Our stay in this newly remodeled unit exceeded our expectations. Vera had everything in the condo ready and the view from this third floor end unit is what made it special for us. You can see the length of beach both directions from the room's windows and you are only a few steps from the room to the most beautiful white sand beaches in the country. There was great wi-fi service from the room and the tv service was flawless. This was our fourth stay at Top Of The Gulf and it was our favorite room. The owner was always available by text and quickly answered our questions. Her professionalism was impressive.
