Atemberaubende, neue 3br / 3ba, einstöckiges Haus in N. Silicon Valley. Zum HWY 101 sind es 5 Minuten. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen Sie 3 große Flughäfen (SFO, OAK, SJC) und San Francisco (42 km). Sie können auch den Verkehr überspringen und den Cal-Zug in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Gegen einen Aufpreis * (siehe unten) bietet das hintere separate Studio 3 Zustellbetten und ein weiteres komplettes Badezimmer für weitere 5 Gäste, sodass das gesamte Anwesen 13 Gäste beherbergen kann, alle mit ECHTEN Betten (keine Schlafsofas oder Luftmatratzen) !!

Dieses schöne Haus mit einem Nanny Quarters / Studio im Hintergrund wurde neu gebaut. Es verfügt über viele luxuriöse Upgrades und bietet umfangreiche Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Granitoberflächen, maßgefertigte Holzschränke, Echtholzböden, 5-Flammen-Gasherd, Edelstahlgeräte, Highspeed-Internet / WLAN, Premium-Kabel-TV mit Hunderten von Kanälen und kostenloses Internet DVD-Player, Vizio High Definition 50 "-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Internetanschluss, Bluetooth-kompatibles Surround-Sound-System, Whirlpool-Whirlpool-Masterbadewanne, Durchlauferhitzer für unbegrenzte Warmwasserversorgung, Samsung High Definition Effizienz Frontlader Waschmaschine / Trockner und ein Outdoor-Gasgrill in einem vollständig geschlossenen Hinterhof mit 7 'Zaun, der ideal für die Privatsphäre und als sicherer Spielbereich für Kinder ist. Eine großzügige Auffahrt sorgt auch für bequemes Parken von 2-3 Fahrzeugen abseits der Straße.

Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr (135 USD / Nacht + Reinigungsgebühr 50 USD) steht ein voll ausgestattetes Nanny-Quartier / Studio hinter dem Haupthaus zur Verfügung, das Platz für bis zu 5 zusätzliche Gäste bietet. So kann das gesamte Anwesen bequem bis zu 13 Gäste schlafen. Ihre gesamte Gruppe (von 13 oder weniger Gästen) kann in einem tatsächlichen Bett schlafen: keine Luftmatratzen oder Schlafsofas! Das Studio verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit einem ausziehbaren Ausziehbett für zwei Personen. Wenn Sie jedoch zusätzliche Betten benötigen, bieten wir auch eine Queensize-Luftmatratze und ein Doppelbett an, die im Haupthaus verwendet werden können.

Das Studio verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Gasherd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, großes Edelstahlspülbecken mit Müllentsorgung), Holzlaminatböden, maßgefertigte Holzschränke, Granitoberflächen mit Essecke, Flachbildfernseher mit Premium-Kabel und Highspeed-Internet / WiFi, 3-teiliges Badezimmer mit Keramikboden, eingelassener Beleuchtung, Holzjalousien, Wandheizung und Deckenventilator. Es gibt auch viel Stauraum mit 2 extra großen, freistehenden Schränken mit Spiegeltüren sowie einem zusätzlichen Schrank neben der Küche. Wir haben sogar eine separate Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für Studiogäste (eine seltene Annehmlichkeit für jedes Studio / Kindermädchen-Quartier)!

Some confusion over dates, but it was worked out. Studio is not really great for more than a couple unless they have an infant then it's perfect. Main house very nice with plenty of room, large kitchen with everything you need and very comfortable big beds.

In for a wedding

The house was in a location close to family in the area and easy access to the Bay Area. The amenities were good with the exception of the grill. It hasn’t been cleaned and not in usable condition. We rented the house and studio. The house was supposed to hold 10 but even with a 3yr old that slept in the king bed with her parents and twin teens that shared a bunk, we still needed to acquire an air mattress and 1 adult had to sleep on the couch. With that said, Judy and Ernesto provided a very nice home for us to enjoy our week in Redwood City. I would stay again just have fewer people.

Nice clean home

We were in town to attend a wedding and had family plus aunt, uncle, grandma and band members for the reception, 9 in total. I picked this house because it did not have any stairs. I would say it is ADA compliant. The place was very clean and spacious with plenty of towels and the sheets were sooo soft. 3 bathrooms is a plus, with 1 walk-in shower so grandma doesn't have to climb into the tub to shower. There are also steps to climb into the queen bed since it is very high. We used the steps for the king bed for grandma.We had a little miscommunication where I thought we had also reserved the additional suite, but we all managed to fit it the house. It says the house sleeps 10, but when you configure who sleeps with who, you may end up needing to use the sleeping mats.Very short walk to old town Redwood City where we enjoyed the ice cream and oyster bar.We also were able to fit 2 very large cars in the tandem parking driveway; an Excursion and an Atlas. You may need to go over the curb if the right side of the driveway is occupied. Overall great place!

Nice property, poor customer service

We've been using VRBO for over 10 years now, renting properties in many cities including Manhattan, Ashville NC, Savannah GA, DC, etc. and this is the first time we've had a bad experience with the Hosts; it seems that this is nothing personal on their behalf (could be bad past experiences with some guests). Two main things stand out from their set of rules: They make it very clear that they are monitoring you with their cameras at all times, even counting heads to see who comes in and out of the property. This rule made us feel like very uncomfortable/unwelcome; we are from Florida and don't know a lot of people in California. They make you park on the far side of the property in case the rent the guest house while you are on the main property. They are very strict about this rule stating that they reserve the right to rent "guest house" at any time, which is a converted garage in the back of the property/you can see from all the rooms in the main property. Having said that, this property is well equipped and clean, minutes from the highway, shops and restaurants.

Hi Ed, we're sorry you felt unwelcome with our cameras and parking situation but it is indeed because we've had very bad experiences in the past. Unauthorized parties that led to thousands of dollars in damages and people sneaking in extra people then stealing items from the home which led to the need for security cameras around only the outside of the home, none inside. We wish we didn't have to deal with the cameras as it is more work for us, but a few rotten apples spoiled things. Also, the parking situation on our street, as stated in our ad is very challenging as the city has started enforcing parking permits. There are often parking wars on our street and we've had prior guests very huffy about the situation. However, we are sorry if we were unclear that you are allowed to park in the studio spot if no one is staying in the studio. If no one is in the studio, there is enough room for 3 vehicles. Best rental for amenities!

This was a fabulous rental for a family: 3 BR and 3 full baths which made staying with adult children easy and comfortable. Full kitchen with coffee and sugar provided was a plus, along with comfortable beds and washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious home perfect for a large group

We had a great experience with this property. Everything was as promised and home owners were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a larger group, plenty of room for everyone not to be on top of each other, and there were plenty of large bathrooms so no one had to wait to get ready. We had a wonderful stay.

These property owners have thought of everything. Located close enough to San Francisco and all points in between. I had my 4 adult children and my mother with me and getting to Stanford took about 15 minutes. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.The challenges are parking if you have people visiting. There could be on street parking but it is limited at best but you do have your parking in the driveway. Amenities are top notch with modern appliances and the latest technology. The backyard is a wonderful place to grill out and enjoy your morning coffee.

Great house, great location

Judy and Ernesto made the process of renting their home for a long weekend amazingly easy! They communicate quickly, efficiently and are very detailed. Everything went just as we planned and hoped. The house itself was perfect for our group of four. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms everyone had plenty of space to spread out. We were in town for the National Championship game (Go Tigers) which was held in Santa Clara. Santa Clara is south of Redwood City where the house is. But we also so wanted to sightsee around San Francisco, which is north of the city. So the house was centrally located in a great spot with quiet and pleasant neighbors. It is only a couple of minutes off the 101 which makes getting around much easier. It's also very close to Palo Alto and the rest of Silicon Valley. I would highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area. It's a great place to unwind in the evenings after a long day.

Just Perfect!!

We just came back from Redwood City and stayed in this beautiful home close to downtown. It was clean, comfortable and very cozy. The owner is very well organized. I would highly recommend this home. The patio in the back was very comfortable. We also rented the Studio for one night and it was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked.

Awesome stay!

We had a large group of friends that want to stay in one place and we were able to do just that at Ernesto and Judy's dream house and studio in Redwood City.The home is gorgeous and the place is awesome.The house is very modern,very clean,cozy and spacious.I love the bathrooms and the kitchen too Judy and Ernesto the home owners were very attentive and very accommodating with our special requests from the outset.Wonderful hosts!If you're looking for a fabulous place to stay that's only 30 minutes away from all 3 major airports in the Bay Area,this place is the best you will find!The house too is equipped with everything we needed.This is a house I would definitely come back too!😊

This is a great home for business professionals and vacationers due to its easy freeway access to Hwy 101, 92, and 280 as well as to all 3 major bay area airports: SFO (15 miles north), Oakland international (31 miles east), and San Jose International (25 miles south).

But public transportation is also easily accessible! There is a bus stop down the street and several nearby Bay Area Bike share stations. In fact, we are only a few blocks away from the Cal train. You can avoid the traffic, expense and hassle of commuting! You can even take the train into the hustle and bustle of downtown San Francisco. Additionally, there is a Zip Car station nearby too. Uber and Lyft are quickly and readily available here. Do a web search to find out more about our public transportation options.

This home is also ideal for traveling nurses and other medical professionals as we are close to all the major hospitals in the bay area including Kaiser Redwood City (10 min walk from the house), Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Sequoia Hospital and Stanford Hospital and Clinics.

The home is located in the heart of vibrant Redwood City which is along the norther border of Silicon Valley. Redwood City is also the county seat of San Mateo County and we are within a 10-15 minute walk of the San Mateo Superior Court and Chamber of Commerce. We are known for "Climate Best by Government Test" and enjoy mild, sunny weather, on average, 255 days of the year. A multitude of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, gyms and a new movie theater are all within a 5-10 minute walk. In fact, we rarely drive anywhere! We just load up the kids and stroller and walk everywhere for all our needs.

Redwood City often sponsors a variety of free entertainment downtown near City Hall including summer movies, concerts, dance performances and art exhibits.

Aside from the appeals and delights of San Francisco, you can also try a relaxing and romantic stroll along the beaches of Half Moon Bay which is only 15 miles away. The prestigious Stanford University and its world renowned Stanford Hospital and Clinics are only 4.5 miles away. Premium, luxury shopping in a garden setting at the gorgeous outdoor Stanford Mall is right next door to the hospital and university.
