Welcome to Laverock MULTI DOG FRIENDLY Holiday Cottages.
Do you want a REALLY dog friendly holiday?? Then welcome to Laverock Multi-Dog Holiday Cottages! We are based on a private farm well off the main road in fantastic dog walking country in Teesdale, near Barnard Castle in County Durham (10 miles from the Yorkshire and 15 miles from the Cumbria border) and our 50 acre farm is situated in the North Pennines AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and Unesco Global Geopark.

Our Cottages and Outside Areas are specially designed for people with dogs, and as well as the chance to help out on the farm we have enclosed gardens with a minimum 4ft wall or fence, a fantastic purpose built 120 foot indoor Agility Arena available for all year round use, a 5 acre stock fenced dog play field and a 35 square metre 6ft plus Deer fenced play paddock so every dog on holiday has somewhere to run free !

We have two cottages available, both sleeping up to 4 people (with a sofa bed for 5th person if required), and you can bring up to 4 dogs per cottage Free of Charge! Further dogs are welcome for a weekly charge of £25 per dog.

Our cottages are converted byres dating back to the 1700's and have enclosed gardens and a 5 acre field to run your dogs in. The farm itself sits just over 1000 feet high and is surrounded by fantastic walking country (UNESCO Global and European Geopark), and ideally situated with the Yorkshire Dales being only 30 mins away and the Lake District 1 hour.
