Centrally located! Stay comfortably in College Station at this 3-bedroom house. There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds (same length as queen/king) as well as a large screened in porch. There is a washing machine/dryer, high speed internet, and a Ninja coffee maker as well as other basic cooking essentials. A variety of coffee pods are provided or bring your own grounds to make a whole pot of coffee. The bathrooms offer both a shower and bathtub, along with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hair dryer. Feel at home in this amazing property, where you can unwind and create wonderful memories. By reserving our home, you are agreeing to follow all rules. No events/parties, no pets, no vaping/smoking indoors, and all guests spending the night must be registered under your reservation. Please be aware that bringing more than 6 guests can add fees to your stay. Give an accurate guest head count with your reservation to avoid any fees.

You must disclose if you are bringing an RV as there is an extra fee for this.

There will be a $1,000 fine for any smoking/vaping indoors.

A $500 pet cleaning fee will be added if we see you have brought a pet of any kind.

We do have two security cameras on property. There is a doorbell camera and another camera that faces the driveway. These two cameras are not to be blocked for any reason and are there for security purposes.

The fireplace is non-working so please do not try to light anything in it.

We do not have any safety features for children. The low windows around the atrium are a safety risk for young children.
