Escape to our gorgeous 5-bedroom, 4-bath lakefront retreat in Port Sanilac, featuring 2 separate living areas. The spacious home includes 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen, a b&unk room with 8 twin beds in 4 bunk beds. There’s also a private apartment w/its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 1 or 2 bedrooms (one can be used in the main home or the apartment). Private beach just across the street featuring kayaks & paddle boards. SWIM SPA COMING IN SEPT! Can be used as a pool or hot tub!

- No more than 6 cars on site
- You may park on the cement driveway only. No parking on the grass.
- DO NOT park on road or in neighbors’ way!
- All furniture must be put back where it was found!
- House needs to be put back into condition it was rented!
- No loud music after 10pm
- No profanity outdoors, many kids in the neighborhood!
- Be courteous of neighbors
- We usually provide a few days` supply of the essentials to get you started when you arrive. It`s not expected for the supplies to last the entire stay; they`re just there to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the store when you travel to check in.
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of driveway at the end of stay
- Please note that lawn maintenance maybe scheduled during your stay

- Pets are allowed after making an arrangement with us. There is a pet fee associated.
-Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please clean the grill after each use. NOTE: Please disregard this item if there`s no grill.
- Fees may apply for any house rule/s violation.
