Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled less than 10 minutes from the pristine sands of Ventura Beach. This quaint coastal getaway offers a serene escape for families and friends alike.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living space adorned with coastal decor, inviting you to unwind after a day in the sand. Sink into the sectional sofa and enjoy as you catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and 2-seater breakfast bar, providing everything you need to provide delicious meals around the dining table, or take your meals alfresco on the patio while soaking in the California sunsets.
Retreat to the master bedroom which features a king-sized bed, while the the two guest bedrooms offer flexibility with two twin beds each, one of which can easily be converted into a king-sized bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.
Step outside onto the unique patio, offering a tranquil scene with breathtaking views overlooking the coastal valley.
Venture out to explore the nearby attractions, from sandy beaches to charming shops and eateries lining the Ventura coastline. With its convenient location and comfortable accommodations, home promises an unforgettable coastal getaway for you and your loved ones.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $500/month (prorated where applicable) apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-This home offers driveway parking (2 spaces)
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Outdoor shower does not have hot water.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
