Everything as described. Was a very short walk to the beach. Very quite neighborhood within minutes of everything you want to experience around Panama City beach.

Sweet House

We stayed a week at this gem of a house. The house is near the beach and not a far drive from Pier Park and other attractions. The size was perfect for us and our daughters loved the upstairs area. If you book the house, take the time to drink your coffee on the front balcony. You can hear the ocean and the birds singing. So tranquil. We will be back.

We were excited about this house because of its location and size—it truly is in a great spot and has plenty of room for a group. However, the condition of the property was very disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing.When we arrived, the floors were so dirty that wiping up a small water spill turned paper towels black. Ceiling fans and vents were thick with dust, the shower curtain was moldy, and the couches were broken down and stained with flattened cushions. There was a broken chair in one of the bedrooms, a broken door knob in the bathroom, and the yard was unkempt with grass a foot high in places. The upstairs shower sprayed water into the ceiling. We reached out to the host early in our stay and while they responded politely, no cleaning or repairs were made while we were there—and even basic supplies like a mop weren’t available. We also contacted VRBO, but unfortunately no refund or compensation was offered.We made the best of our trip and loved the area, but this home was not clean, not well maintained, and not worth the full price we paid. I hope the owner follows through on their promises to address these issues so future guests have a better experience.
