Dear David, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. Your opinions are important to us. We are pleased to hear the initial communication was great but sorry to hear that once we were going through the hurricane we lost communication for a short period of time. Hurricane season is so unpredictable and we do our best to keep in close contact with all of our guests during this time. We do apologize this was not to your standard. When you are originally creating your booking, we are very transparent about all charges and fees. If the booking was inputted with the proper number of guests from the start then we would not have ended up with any confusion. When you are viewing the photos of the home before you book we always try to include full photos of the bedrooms to see what you are getting before you book. Everything is always fully up to date and in the photos you are able to see that instead of dressers, we opted in for spacious closets for our guests. Furthermore, the glass on the bathroom door is frosted and is full privacy glass, you are unable to see through it. Regarding the pool, it is true that at this point we had an issue with the pool company we were using, and the pool was not taken care of up to our standards. However, I did reach out to you multiple times to ask you what type of compensation you would be comfortable with for this inconvenience and received no responses. I also waived your entire electric bill for this inconvenience as well. As much as we try to make each and every experience for our guests perfect, sometimes small inconveniences happen to houses that are completely unavoidable, but we always do what we can to make this up to our guests. Unfortunately, you would rather leave a not-so-great review rather than accept our apologies we tried giving you, but as is your right. We sincerely hope you consider staying with us again in the future, and we are confident that we can provide you with a much more enjoyable experience. Thanks again, VRCC Team
