Kutuk 312 is a peaceful condo conveniently located along the base of the Steamboat Ski Area at Kutuk Condominiums. The condo boasts 2 large bedrooms plus an enclosed loft and 3 full bathrooms. The condo has multiple levels ensuring everyone has spaced to spread out. Enter to a beautifully remodeled kitchen that has all the comforts of home, a dining area with ample table and a cozy living area with gas fireplace. During the summer, enjoy the sound of the creek flowing by out the windows.

Up one level you will find 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and 2 full bathrooms. Up one more level is the semi-enclosed loft space with two twin beds and a twin sleeper sofa plus its own full bathroom.

The condo enjoys all the amenities if the Kutuk community which includes a large sundeck with ski lockers, 2 common area hot tubs, gas firepit and beautiful views. There is paid covered parking and common area laundry. The property is a quick walk to the lifts, dining and shopping. There is also an access trail to ski back towards the property from one of the main ski runs. It takes you most of the way and you can click off your skis/board and just have a short walk to the property's sun deck and ski lockers. During ski season the property has shuttle service to the grocery store and downtown, and during the summer its a quick walk to the nearest free Steamboat City Bus stop. During the summer also enjoy easy access to all the hiking and biking trails right out your door.

Great location

Really liked the spot. Easy walk to everything at the base but not stuck in the middle with the big crowds. Easy to figure out ski in/ski out access, great hottubs and gigantic terrace/common area with a nice view. Would stay here again..

Great Location!

We loved the condo and proximity to slopes. Super easy walk to village and restaurants. Quick walk to hot tub and amenities. Would love to see early check in options for when flight times change. Staff was helpful to get us checked in a little earlier than expected. Good communication! Other than that, nothing negative to say. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo.

Had a great ski visit at Steamboat

Nice place, very comfy and plenty of space for 3 people. Nice bedrooms, loft worked well, adequate kitchen & common area. Pretty close to T- Bar and Right of Way run, so a short walk to a place where you can slide down to a gondola. But a bit of a walk to main square if you're renting skis. Property manager very responsive to the occasional questions we had. 3rd floor without elevator added a final workout to each day.

Best place!

We loved the condo. The location is great! Having the office with coffee, water, snacks, boot lockers was an extra plus. The ski lockers were a must for us being on the 3rd floor. That was a good workout going up and down every day. We're skiers so not a problem. If anyone has issues with hiking up three flights, I suggest the bottom units. Kutuk is the best.

Can’t Beat the Location!

The condo is in a great location that is very easily accessible to and from the ski lift with limited effort. The unit itself is on the third floor of a walk up, which after a long day of skiing, was be a little bit of a haul. That said, the unit is extremely comfortable and outfitted with absolutely everything one would need to make your stay easy.. The management company was very helpful prior to booking and answered all of my questions without delay. The unit is a little bit dated, and we were told that the bathrooms in main living area would be undergoing renovations prior to our arrival. That obviously did not happen, but i’m sure the aesthetic will be much better when they do. The only other piece of feedback is that the two king-size beds and the pillows in the entire unit are not very comfortable. I would suggest you bring your own pillows at least. Finally, check out was at 10 AM but the cleaning crew was knocking on our front door at 8:30 AM. We weren’t ready to leave so they just sat outside the front door waiting and talking until we left at our originally scheduled time of 10 AM. That was a bit awkward.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed the condo's location, amenities and the responsiveness of our team. The living area, mud room, loft and main bathroom did just finish renovations this fall and the photos reflect the changes. Thank you for the feedback on the pillows, we will work to get some additional options in for guests to fit all preferences. I am sorry about the cleaners showing up early, there appears to have been a miscommunication in departure time - they thought you all were departing early that morning but it was a different condo. We have addressed this with them so it will not happen in the future and guests can always reach out to us immediately with any concerns and we will address them promptly. We'd love the chance to have you back and make it up to you. Please reach out to us for future plans that bring you to Steamboat.
