The house was very nice and located in a good location for us. However, it was not stocked for the number of people it advertised to be able to accommodate. There was only one hand towel provided for 3 bathrooms. There was no bath soap at all. There wasn’t enough dishes or silverware (only enough for 3 people). There were 2 coffee pots in the kitchen, one didn’t work and the other was missing the insert that holds the filter and coffee. Old rancid trash was left in a can in the garage which we disposed of even though it wasn’t our trash. Someone also left 3 dirty wash cloths in the garage which we brought in and left on the washing machine. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I would just recommend stocking the house for 8 people in the future.

Very Clean BUT Read Carefully

This home was very clean and nearly new. The community pool is fabulous! Communication with the host was good though we had to ask for the door code to check in...not a big deal at all. HOWEVER, we had eight towels for seven people for six days, no shampoos and only one liquid soap per bathroom (nothing for showering). The coffee maker is a 5 cup, tiny and not adequate for seven coffee drinkers (we purchased one for the duration of our stay) If you are not a coffee drinker, no big deal. There is also not adequate silverware. There are 4 coffee cups and some plastic drinkware. Not enough for a home that sleeps 10. None of these are deal breakers but just be aware and read the listing carefully. There is a washer and dryer but no detergent (so laundering the sparse number of towels couldn't happen without extra expense.) I would not hesitate to rent this home as it is clean and in a great area, but would make future guests aware that they will need to supply many of the items that other VRBO's stock for guests. In all fairness, the amenities list for this home is very short and it was an oversite on my part for assuming. Read the listing carefully and ask the host questions for clarity before booking so you know what you will need to supply.

Great house

Beautiful house with a great layout for family to stay. All bedrooms have a bathroom or bathroom to share with one other. Lots of space to be together or have a moment alone. Very nice neighbourhood. The pool was closed for annual maintenance so we didn’t get to use it but it looked very nice.

New home near wedding venues

Beautiful model home in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect place for our family to stay for a long weekend. Kitchen and family room are very spacious allowing plenty of room to congregate. Master bedroom, bath, and walkin closet are amazing. We would rent here again.

The property is very clean and modern. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Communication with the owners is very easy and they respond to your needs quickly. I would definitely check to see if this property is available for my next visit to Texas. Texas.Texas.
