Regarding access, the stairway you mentioned is a permanent safety feature required for the property and is visible in the listing photos. While many guests and pets use it without issue, we understand that it may not be the right fit for every traveler or every dog, especially during winter conditions. As with many mountain properties, alternate paths can be affected by weather, which is unfortunately outside of our control. On pricing, we want to clarify that all nightly rates and fees are set and displayed by Vrbo at the time of booking. Prior to arrival, we also confirmed directly that there were no additional or hidden charges from our side, and the amount paid matched what was agreed upon. We never collect fees outside of the Vrbo platform. We truly appreciate the feedback and understand that value is subjective and closely tied to individual expectations and needs.
