It is just a short uber ride to Hyde Park, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Westshore marina, and even St. Pete! (1 mile to the Gandy Bridge which takes you to St. Pete)

Enjoy sunny Tampa with your friends and family at Chateau Nola!! This house features a Man Cave and a Girl Cave. Girlies, get ready for your favorite events in your very own Glam Room! There is a gorgeous pool, a BBQ grill, corn hole, and lots of board games for all ages. We have a ton of outdoor seating- lounge chairs, outdoor living room set under pergola, Adirondack chairs around the pool, and a lanai with additional seating. Our house is equipped with a Tesla charger and solar panels.

We have a super fun indoor entertainment space equipped with a pool table, high speed wifi, TV's throughout the house, two living room seating areas, and tons of board games to make sure you are never BORED! :) We also have a queen air mattress, Pack n Play and a high chair for the kiddies.

Our kitchen has everything you need. Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Pots & Pans, Plates, bowls, & Utensils, Knife set, Spatulas, and Cups. We even have a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, a frother, coffee mate creamer and sugar packets. Our bar is equipped with rocks glasses, tall glasses, wine glasses, electric wine opener, and bar utensils. Enjoy meals at the built-in breakfast bar that seats 5 and dining table that also seats 8, totaling 13 seats for the kitchen!

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We supply dishwasher detergent and trash bags. We provide the initial roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There are fresh sheets on all the beds as well as fresh towels. We have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as Qtips and dental floss. There are hair dryers in each bathroom and a clothes steamer in the laundry room.

Our outdoor space has a ton of amenities as previously mentioned. We have pool towels and floaties. We also have an outdoor grill utensil set under the coffee station. And to top it off, we have an automated mosquito zapping machine that eliminates the pesky bugs for your comfort! :)

The house has a dedicated driveway, which fits 4 vehicles.
