You are also the first person to complain about the pillows and mattresses, but I suppose if you're searching for things to complain about you should add that as well. As for the firewood, there is no other place that provides firewood, let alone the first load for free and then deliver the rest for a small fee of $20, but yet again, if you're going to complain... Lastly, there are not wifi options at that location so we provide a hotspot, which works great if you turn it on. We apologize for your stay, sounds like we were not a good fit.
