This service must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure everything is properly prepared. Unfortunately, we did not receive a request or inquiry regarding pool or jacuzzi heating before or during your stay. We therefore believe this was a miscommunication regarding an optional amenity rather than an issue with the facilities themselves. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the master bathroom layout. The bathroom is part of the property's existing design and is intended to comply with applicable Florida building code requirements. While we understand that the layout may not be ideal for everyone, we believe it is important for guests to review the property details and photos before booking to ensure the home meets their personal preferences. That said, while we welcome constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience, we also believe that mutual respect and leaving the property in an appropriate condition are important parts of any stay. Guests have the opportunity to review this information before booking. Additionally, our flexible cancellation policy allows cancellations in accordance with its stated terms. Regarding the bathroom cleanliness concerns, we have photographs and videos documenting the condition of the property, which we have submitted to Vrbo Support for review. This documentation differs from the account presented in this review, and we believe these concerns should be evaluated fairly and objectively. Regarding the access code, we did not receive any message from you reporting difficulties entering the property during your stay. Upon reviewing our smart-lock application, we identified multiple access attempts using an incorrect code. We have also provided screenshots documenting this activity to Vrbo Support for further review. Our checkout instructions are disclosed in our listing and are consistent with the procedures commonly followed in vacation rentals. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition between reservations while ensuring the property is ready for incoming guests. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience. However, we have also brought what we consider unusual circumstances and potential concerns regarding the guest’s conduct and intentions to Vrbo’s attention for an objective review.
