The space
I would like to invite you to a newly renovated apartment with 2 rooms and a balcony in the heart of Katowice, in a restored tenement house. Teatralna Street is right next to the Market Square, you can walk to Spodek in 10 minutes, and the train station is 7 minutes away.
Despite its location in the very center, the street is quiet and safe, there are no parties. It's the perfect base for a concert or sightseeing, including for families.
We provide full equipment for your convenience, including Amazon Prime Video subscription:)

The apartment is small (25 m²), but has two rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is located on the 2nd floor of an old tenement house, so it is necessary to climb stairs.
The kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, tea, basic spices, and oil.
Towels, soaps and shampoos will be waiting for you in the bathroom.
There is a SmartTV in the room with Amazon Prime Video subscription.
There is a small table in the bedroom that can be used as a workspace (quick WiF connection!) or a dressing table.
Other things to note
- there are a lot of parking spaces on the street and in the area, but there is a paid parking zone, also on Saturdays.
- in parking meters you can pay by card or Skycash app.
- Please only smoke on the balcony, a locked ashtray is provided for your convenience.
