Welcome to this straightforward and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, perfect for a relaxing stay. The space is clean, practical, and equipped with everything you need, including a cozy living area, a basic yet functional kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. Less than a mile to ISU and a short 8 minute drive to Rivian

Enjoy some relaxation in the living room with a smart TV to stream your favorites services. The bedroom is very spacious with a comfy queen sized bed. The bathroom has a full bath with fresh towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, a coffee maker, and updated countertops with a small dining table.
Coin-operated laundry is on second floor. There is a large parking lot behind the building and street parking is also available.
The entire apartment is set up for you.
