This property is nestled amongst the setting of aged Monterey Oaks in a well-established neighborhood with complete privacy yet minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Fisherman’s Wharf, Downtown Monterey, hiking/walking trails, kayak rentals, Whale watching, Golfing, Wine Tasting, and nearby Dennis the Menace Park. Carmel by the Sea and the Concourse de Elegance in Pebble Beach are a short drive away as is the Monterey Bay Aquarium. You can easily walk to the beach and Fisherman’s Wharf in about 10 minutes. Monterey Airport is just an 8-minute drive.

Monterey Oaks is clean, full of light, open spaces, quiet corners and even an office area with a desk and printer. There are 3 gas fireplaces including the master bedroom, the kitchen and living room. Sleeps 4 see below for additional sleeping. Also we have a queen blow up bed plenty of room for privacy.

The master bedroom with King size bed offers cotton bedding, a down comforter and a beautiful sitting area where you can enjoy the cozy fireplace. It has a private bath with toilet, two sinks, separate tub and shower. The sliding doors open to the outside deck area with seating. The MB has a large walk-in closet and if needed you’ll find an iron and ironing board.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with cotton bedding, a down comforter and a beautiful window seating area allowing lots of light while also offering honeycomb blinds to let you sleep late without disturbance. There’s an attached bath with sink, toilet, shower and dressing area. You’ll find a generous closet with built in shelves.

On the main level is a large fully furnished kitchen with Kreig Coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, toaster, Kitchen Aid mini food processor, bullet type blender. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses for most every occasion. The pantry offers spices, and many other extras. The kitchen table has comfortable seating for 8.

The living room area is warmly decorated, full of light, roomy and offering a leather couch, comfortable chairs and fireplace. The sliding doors open to the large outside deck area.

The family room offers a comfortable leather recliner couch, additional seating and a color TV with remote and cable. Internet WIFI is included and free.

There is also a very large office area next to the family room with a leather recliner, working desk, office chair and printer along with attached bath with shower, sink, toilet and dressing area with a small closet. This could be used as an extra bedroom. We have queen size inflatable bed on sit.

The laundry room is also on the main level with a washer and dryer if needed.

NOT INCLUDED.. but may be available at time of your booking is a private studio with a king size bed, cotton bedding, down comforter, armoire closet, refrigerator, Krieg coffee maker, kitchen sink and Cuisinart toaster oven and dual electric hotplate. Included in this living area is a small leather couch, and a small kitchen table for 2. This unit has a private bath with shower/tub combination, sink, toilet. It also has a separate entrance with outside patio seating.
