Family Trip

Brooke made everything so easy from booking to checking in even made sure I made it to Houston Safely. Would call and text to give me directions and made sure my stay was great location was nice and the apartment even nicer and clean!!

Great place!

This location is great! It's large, well laid out, and well equipped. My grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The location is convenient to the Medical Center and lots of attractions. The hosts responded quickly and answered al of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Came to town for a major surgery and this location was so convenient for me and my family. Cozy and had everything that we needed! Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Great location close to museum district and medical center

The space was comfortable and close to everything we were in Houston to experience! The kitchen could be better stocked so if you plan to cook, bring your own equipment. Communication was great!

Good location to NRG stadium

Apartment was good size, clean and spacious. The restrooms could use some remodeling but we were only there two nights. The property was a little run down, but the price was good for a last minute find.

The inside of the appartment was nice. Very Clean and very comfortable. The outside is a little run down.

It’s an older complex and we can only keep up with the inside as you commented it was great inside. I’m not sure why only 1⭐️ for this as outside is out of our hands? However the property did just get new management as well I believe this last month so hopefully as gets better. We would love to get more than 1⭐️

Nice quiet apartment near MD Anderson

This apartment was a nice quiet place to stay while going to the hospital. The building is older but the apartment itself is pretty nice. The property owners were sooo nice, attentive and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. They even offered rides to us if we needed them!

Great location

Great condo for our week long stay in Houston. Close proximity to Texas Medical. Great food and shopping nearby. Well appointed kitchen with all appliances you may need. Washer and dryer- nice to be able to return home with clean laundry. Huge TV was a nice surprise for evening entertainment. Nice condo for short or long stays.

Great Location but needs some maintenance. Location is very convenient for the Medical center. The place is spacious with plenty of room. The kitchen utensils are minimalist. Also lots of road noise during the day being close to a main street. Does have covered parking. Some things need to be fixed in the condo. Communicated separately to the manager about these items.Lots of good dining ótions close by.

Ok if no other alternative, but not so much.

No hot water in one bathroom bc the faucet is mis-labeled and there is some timer on the hot water heater to save money. Property manager did respond but it was late and we had to use one bathroom for a night until we understood the fix. AC works but its on the back patio so running it is loud and you can't sleep with the noise. This AC unit is obviously not done to code. Vents were dirty. Table was water damaged all around. Holes in the furniture. Will not repeat and would not recommend but maybe at half the price.
