This is a smoke free home with a great location close to the Saginaw Bay for fishing and waterfowl hunting. The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. There is a bonus room in the polebarn to hang out and play darts, fooseball or card games. Guests can relax in the cozy living space and enjoy all this phenomenal property offers with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend rental. The listing is well kept and host very responsive. We did need to contact the host due to bees being in the house. They will be eradicating this in the coming week. Overall, we lived those house and would stay again.

Excellent place for fishermen, a lot of extras in case you forget something, must be an experienced driver with a trailer to back into driveway. The main road is very busy. Extra game room and fish cleaning on site. Would definitely stay again!

UDC is a great place for fishermen. We have a fish cleaning station and plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat. The cabin is stocked with toiletries like body wash, shampoo, toothpaste and more. The game room has darts and foosball with a big TV with WiFi. Close to the Saginaw Bay and some of the best fishing in the state. Thanks for the great review!

Great place to stay. Every room sparkled and there were so many items furnished in cabinets and bathroom and bedrooms. Lots of kitchen utensils. Big comfy couches. Big fenced yard behind the game room for a pet to check out too. Excellent in every way and would come back again.

Everything about Uncle Daves Cabin was amazing. Loved the taxidermy, all of the little touches that are there for you....there is so much!! Will be staying here again.

Very clean and dog friendly. The host was very accommodating for our family get together. We only stayed one night so we didn't go exploring. The game room was fun!! Definitely recommend!

Uncle Dave's Cabin was a great place to stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and it was close to the fields in Pinconning and the house offered us everything we needed. The beds were comfortable (they seemed like pretty new mattresses), everything you could possibly need was provided, including good highspeed internet. It's such a nice house and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area for anything. Earl was quick with the responses too and we were able to bring out dogs and the house/yard was very dog friendly.
