This is a smoke free home with a great location close to the Saginaw Bay for fishing and waterfowl hunting. The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. There is a bonus room in the polebarn to hang out and play darts, fooseball or card games. Guests can relax in the cozy living space and enjoy all this phenomenal property offers with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Very clean and dog friendly. The host was very accommodating for our family get together. We only stayed one night so we didn't go exploring. The game room was fun!! Definitely recommend!

Everything about Uncle Daves Cabin was amazing. Loved the taxidermy, all of the little touches that are there for you....there is so much!! Will be staying here again.

Close to the Saginaw Bay (Lake Huron) for great fishing. Bird watching close by. A nice beach at Bay City State Park and so much more to explore.

Nice and clean place to stay

It’s a perfect place for a family and a dog. The place was nice and clean. It has everything to stay and cook meals for your family. We cooked a turkey for our bd dinner lol.

The cabin was extremely clean and well-stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, toiletries, extra towels etc. The owner has been communicative. It's also really close to the beach!! We had a great time.

I’m glad that you found the Cabin so clean Ava! We do supply different kinds of coffee and tea. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Lots of bath towels and the best pillows and mattress! Highly recommend Ava to other hosts! She was easy to communicate with and left the Cabin in great shape.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed for a fishing trip on the Saginaw bay what a beautiful place super clean and very well taken care of we will be back! The couch was amazingly comfortable and so was all the bedding.

As advertised - enjoyed our stay

One thing we really liked about the place was the ability to park a boat there as we were there to go fish the Saginaw bay. It had a place to clean fish/game and a man cave - couldn't really ask for more given our goals.

Thanks for the great review Corey. Uncle Dave’s Cabin is the perfect place for a group of fishermen. Comfortably sleep 4 on the best mattress and bedding for a good nights sleep. The game room is a great place to hang out and relax.
