Property is available from Friday, October 23rd to Friday, October 30th, and can be rented as a studio w/kitchen (sleeps 2), a 1-bedroom suite (sleeps 6), or this 2-bedroom suite. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE (just send us a message) depending on the number of nights and the number of rooms that are rented. Also, we offer a 10% discount for renting the entire week (Friday- Thursday).


The resort features a variety of amazing amenities including Wi-Fi, AC/heating, outdoor pool, sauna, spa hot tub, fitness center, full gameroom, office, laundry, free newspapers, and more. Each condo provides a full kitchen with a microwave and a coffee/tea maker. Each room contains a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers for your convenience. There is a spacious living room with a full murphy bed and a full sofa bed.

This large 2-bedroom suite sleeps up to eight people. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus 2 full size beds in the living room). The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. There is also a balcony with a patio table and two chairs. (Each bedroom can be rented SEPARATELY for a reduced price!)

Beach-side Neighborhood:
The property is within a beach-side neighborhood which is full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also within walking distance is a large supermarket, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House, and the beach.

Getting around:
The property is conveniently located near Sunrise Blvd and A1A. This makes it easy to get around Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Parking is included. There are public bus stops within a short walk and taxi cabs are always around the neighborhood. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Miami is about 40 minutes away.

Miscellaneous:
The front desk operates 24 hours/day. All units are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted on balcony or patios. There is a $100 administrative fee plus a $100 damage deposit that is refundable. We are very confident that you will enjoy your stay. Resort staff will be available 24-hours a day if you need any assistance during your stay. Please inquire if you have any questions.
