* Your private suite includes two distinct sleeping areas for maximum flexibility and privacy.

* You’ll enter through the French doors from the back patio into a cozy converted bedroom-turned-living room, which features a futon couch (sleeps 1 for 3rd guest), dining area, TV, kitchenette, and an optional air mattress (set up upon request for a 4th guest) - 3rd and 4th extra guest fees apply. A door closes off this room from the rest of the suite, making it a comfortable second sleeping area.

* Down a private hallway, you’ll find the main bedroom with a plush king-size bed (can be split into 2 XL twins with 24hr notice) and a dedicated workspace with a desk—perfect for working remotely or taking video calls in peace.

* The hallway also connects to a spacious private bathroom with a double vanity and luxurious soaker tub, complete with bath salts, candles, a bath pillow, and thoughtful touches like a toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine products, Q-tips, and more—just in case you forget anything!

* The kitchenette is stocked with a snack and coffee bar, complete with a Keurig, tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, and more—perfect for easy mornings or late-night bites.

* You’ll have a designated parking spot, and gated boat/kayak trailer parking is available upon request.
