Welcome to our spacious family home in Charles County, Maryland. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a serene, wooded lot, this home was the backdrop to many happy memories as our children grew up. Now that our kids are grown and we've downsized, we’re excited to share this space with other groups and families, hoping they will create their own cherished memories here.

Conveniently located just a few miles off Highway 210, our property offers quick access to DC and Northern Virginia via the Beltway. It’s an ideal spot for exploring the Metro DC area while enjoying the peace and quiet of our wooded lot.

The kitchen is Jenn’s happy place, and it’s stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Extra dishes, family sized pots & pans, roasting pans, waffle maker, etc. are there to accommodate small & large gatherings. Whether you’re cooking a family meal or preparing a quick snack, you’ll find plenty of extras to make your experience enjoyable.
We’ve also set up a coffee bar with regular brew, K-cups, a French press, a milk frother (for both hot and cold foam), an electric kettle, and an assortment of teas.

There are plenty of spaces for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.
• The dining room comfortably accommodates large groups.
• The front room features a dedicated office space with a monitor for remote work.
• The family room on the main level offers a spacious area to relax, while the basement sitting area provides an alternative spot to unwind, complete with a TV for watching something different or gaming.
• For some fun, the game room offers board games, card games, books, and toys for kids.

Backyard & Outdoor Amenities:
Our backyard is one of our favorite places to spend time. It features both upper and lower-level decks, a large gas grill, ample seating, and extra lighting on the lower deck for evening enjoyment. You’ll often spot wildlife beyond the fence, including deer, wild turkeys, owls, and other critters.
For those traveling with pets, there’s a doggie door leading to a fully fenced backyard, with an extension that goes up to 6 feet to accommodate even the most determined pups (our lab was quite the overachiever!). The doggie door is in the exterior storm door, so you can easily close it off when not in use. We also provide pet bowls, a large dog bed, and crates for your furry companions.
