You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Google Nest video doorbell cameras.

* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be. Regardless, you can drop of your luggage at 4pm.
* Late Check-Out: Standard at 10 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.
* Linen Damage: Stained linens incur fees; use provided black washcloth for makeup removal. Pillow case: $8, Flat sheet: $30, Fitted sheet: $30, Duvet cover: $60, Bath towel: $10, Hand towel: $5, Wash cloth: $1. Bath mat: $10.
* Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests allowed; $50/night fee per undisclosed guest.
* Unauthorized Pet: $450 per pet + damages
* Quiet Hours: 9 PM-9 AM; failure to comply results in a one-night fine.
* No Smoking: Indoor smoking fined $500 + ozone remediation cost; lost revenue may apply.
* Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
* Cleaning & Furniture: Excessive cleaning billed at $125/hr; furniture fees may apply.
* Lost & found return: Items will be held for 14 days. $20 handling + shipping fees for return
* Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.
* Payment Clause: Card used indicates agreement with terms and conditions, may be charged for expenses.

2 cars can park for free in the driveway. Additional parking within the subdivision is available on a first-come, first-served basis in two designated "guest parking" areas located at the start of the cul-de-sac.

- Cozy by design: The cabin offers 500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space. If you prefer lots of room to spread out, a larger home may be a better fit.
- Primary bedroom: No closet door, but includes a hanging rack, two nightstands with drawers, and two luggage racks for easy storage.
- Loft access: Reached by steep, narrow stairs (21 in wide) with step grips for safety. Best for agile guests.
- Peaceful community: Neighbors are quiet and respectful. For this reason, parties are not permitted.
- Flexible check-in/out: Early check-in (2pm) is available for $50; late checkout (12pm) for $30. Please inquire about availability.
- Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.
