The Space:

Our home features a full kitchen, living area with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful front and back yard. The primary bedroom features a brand new ensuite bathroom. The back two bedrooms share a full bathroom and each have Smart TV's. Professionally designed and remodeled, everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality!



Guest Access:

Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of old and new homes, nestled in a diverse part of downtown. Here, you can find commercial and residential areas all together in the same vicinity. The people here are very friendly; you often see neighbors talking to each other on their porches or out on a walk. There are trails nearby leading to the river, parks, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops for everyone to explore downtown. It's a great place for residents to come together and make the most of living in such an exciting part of town!



Getting Around:

Car is recommended but UBER and Lyft work too. Very walkable to the square!



Other Things to Note:

We have had multiple guests bring kids and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom.



Interaction with Guests:

We live near downtown Georgetown, and are downtown a lot for work/social/fun. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we will get it taken care of. We very much care about your experience and want to make sure your stay is great!
