The space
Indoors:
Step inside this recently renovated town-home where every detail has been carefully crafted to provide comfort. The living space features a fireplace and a cozy couch where friends and family can gather. The dining area provides a large, spacious table that blends into a modern kitchen equipped with upgraded appliances, custom cabinets and an Island for preparing and sharing meals.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom in the loft with a queen sized bed and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is downstairs with 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom 3 is downstairs with 1 queen sized bed and a bunk bed, full size on bottom, twin size on top.
Downstairs bedrooms share a full bath.

Guest access
Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 8 people. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking.

Upon arrival guests must stop at 601 Camelback Road, Tannersville PA, to pick up your gate card. From there proceed to gate b. Upon departure return gate keys to the registration desk.

The Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Indoor and Outdoor Tennis courts, as well as Indoor Pickleball and Basketball courts are available to you during you stay and can be found at the pool house.(601 Camelback Rd.)

The unit is a short walk from the parking lot down a couple sets of stairs.
