Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom (+ extra gameroom!) retreat nestled in the heart of the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH. Perfectly situated on a main road, our home offers easy access to all the attractions and outdoor adventures the area has to offer.

🙌This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 game room and spacious backyard offers you and your family&friends a wonderful place to stay while exploring the stunning area of the White Mountains !

🙏While we do not have A/C, we do offer tower fans for each room and window fans.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for both our guests and our neighbors.

No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that there are no loud parties or events hosted at the property.

Respect the Property: We take great pride in our home and hope that you will treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own.

Brook Waiver: Please note that while our property features a beautiful brook at the rear end, it is not currently accessible as it is surrounded by bushes. We advise against attempting to access the brook due to potential hazards. By booking with us, you agree to waive any liability on our part for any injuries sustained while attempting to access the brook.

Busy Street Notice: Please be aware that our property is located on a main road, which may result in noise from passing cars. For your comfort, we provide complimentary earplugs just in case to help ensure a good night sleep.

Guest access
The entire house and yard is for the guest usage, except for the basement that will be locked.
