Welcome to our home at the Blissful Abode at Farmville Lakes!

This memorable brand-new house is the perfect home base for your and your family’s trip to Auburn. With 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, 4 twin beds, 1 queen bed, there’s plenty of space for all guests. The 3 bathrooms have a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower. Additionally, there’s an inviting living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. All the bedrooms will have smart TVs and streaming apps that require your login. Our place will help you feel at home while traveling in Auburn.

House Rules:
• No parties or events are allowed. The owner may approve small gatherings before booking. Unapproved events will carry an additional fee of $500.
• No smoking is allowed on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking found indoors (smoke smells, ashes, butts, burn marks, etc.), there will be a fine of $500.
• No pets are allowed. If there is any evidence of pets (ex., Pet hair, urine/feces, scratch/bite marks, etc.), there will be a fine of $500.
• No unregistered guests are allowed. The booking party must accurately represent the total number of guests occupying the home. You can invite other guests over with prior permission from the owner. If additional guests occupy or have occupied the property, the booking party may forfeit the remainder of their stay, and there will be a fine of $500.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Our property is within a residential neighborhood, and our wonderful neighbors reserve the right to peaceful nights. Keep all noise down between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Guest access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house except for the garage. Any tampering with the garage will result in a fine of $500. The owner will send a keyless entry code 24 hours before your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
• Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. Please let us know if you need an early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability).
• The property’s exterior is monitored with cameras for your safety and equipped with an alarm system.
• Please treat the home respectfully, and do not invite guests not listed on the reservation.
• We give our guests complete privacy. We are available for any questions. We are here to help you have an incredible experience and want you to return! If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to ask! If any issues arise, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you promptly. (Please note that no one is living on-site.)
• The pool is available seasonally from May to September from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• This home is 100% pet-free; Guests should make any accommodations for their animal family members before arrival.

• Iron and ironing board
• Microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, glasses, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen
• A starter pack for the washer, dryer, dishwasher, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience (no refills provided).


Parking:
Please park your vehicles on the driveway only.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on the driveway, please park additional cars across the street in the clubhouse parking lot after unloading your vehicle.
Please do not park in front of our neighbors’ homes.
