The “P`tite Ferme–Panorama” is a magnificent large chalet in the heart of Charlevoix. Ideal for family gatherings and professional business/work meetings. This spacious 2-storey house has 2 separate units which, with the “Panorama” option, communicate with wide interior and exterior access.

A $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations.

You will have access to 2 living rooms, 5 closed bedrooms with queen beds, 2 mezzanine living rooms, one with a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed.

We can comfortably accommodate 14 people. The large `Billard` room can be used as a work meeting room. High-capacity fiber optic Wi-Fi provides ample simultaneous internet access for all work computers. You will have at your disposal 2 complete kitchens with everything necessary to accommodate young families with children. Equipped with four full bathrooms, one with Hamam shower, two covered outdoor spas, a pool table, two indoor fireplaces and two others outdoors. Its beautiful windows offer the splendid nature of Charlevoix to the St. Lawrence River. The advantages of a very large 80-foot terrace which offers you a breathtaking panoramic view.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

*The cottage is equipped with a security system, as well as a smoke detector, ensuring you a safe place to stay. A camera is located outside the cottage filming the main entrance & the parking.

*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
Breakage or damage: The amount of the breakage will be kept via the security deposit made, except for reservations on the Airbnb platform, the amount of the breakage will be claimed via AirCover

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

1. A $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking is allowed with a $50/day fee as well as a $500 refundable security deposit.

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noise aware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.

At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras pointing the parking. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
