Everything was great! Couldn’t ask for a better host and home for our vacation. Daytona speedway is literally around the corner. Beach is a hop skip and jump and anything you need is close.

Convenient location to lots of places

Very nice, fully stocked property! It was also pooch friendly so the entire family was able to enjoy our time together in Florida. The condo was conveniently located to the racetrack, beach and many dining options.

Wonderful Stay!My wife and I stayed here for 14 days while I was transferring from my Navy base to a new duty station in Japan. The home was very clean, with fresh linens and a cozy feel. We loved the large book selection and the guitars on display (they just need a little tune-up, lol). The neighbors were incredibly friendly and even invited us to join their Halloween get-together with snacks and fire lanterns. Overall, a great experience! Thank you, Sarah, for such a welcoming stay — we’ll definitely be back when visiting friends and family.

Loved staying here! Host was very kind and quick to respond. Easy to communicate with and helpful. House was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Fit all of our needs. The extras like personal care items already in the home were a great touch that made us feel at home. Enjoyed playing the games provided as a family. Would most definitely come back and stay again!

The house was very accommodating very convenient to shopping and going to the beach. The owner has stated that I was smoking in the house, which is totally false. I’m 80 years old been smoking cigars for 35 years but never in a home possible that some smoke from outside just tread inside, but could not have been much. I have rented many homes past seven or eight years from ARBO all have been smoke free homes never have I ever been accused of smoking in a house. I have always been given perfect reviews. lots of homes state smoke free. There are a few that state no smoking on the property. I suggest she change her policy to no smoking on the property. I am very sorry that are nice. Three weeks in Port Orange Florida has come to this. Jim

We are grateful you enjoyed your time in our home. Because it’s frustrating to deal with the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke, the property has always been advertised as a smoke-free and vape-free property, not just a smoke-free house, as smoke can drift on the ocean breezes through open doors and windows. We want to remain respectful to all of our guests, especially those who struggle with respiratory concerns. I would recommend booking properties that fully allow smoking in the future.

NCA/NDA Nationals

This property was the perfect spot for our family. We came for the NCA & NDA Nationals. It was about a 20 minute drive to Daytona beach but the traffic and area was good. The house was very clean and had what we needed. The host was very responsive and nice to work with. We had one small issue happen with a neighbor knocking on the door late at night but it was handled first thing in the morning by the host and the neighbor even came over to apologize. The host also noticed we had a child traveling with us and had a little surprise Easter jacket waiting when we arrived. I thought that was a sweet gesture. I would stay here again if we come back.

So many positives about this place. It’s super clean, on a quiet street, the neighbors waved as we drove by. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Our boys were able to have their own room. My 10yr old loved the bunk room, plenty of room for him to play or just relax. My 15yr old enjoyed the smallest room with futon, tv and 1/2 bath. A great oasis for him. The master bedroom had tons of room and the shower was nice, hot with lots of pressure. The main living area had plenty of room. The coffe bar was a nice touch. Loved the wall of books (my son was even able to take a non fiction book about Andrew Jackson which he was reading but couldn’t finish before end of our stay) the kitchen was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, and even storage containers. We were in Daytona to see my daughter perform at the NCA/NDA college nationals in Daytona beach. It was very convenient to get there, The Daytona speedway, and beaches (maybe 20min drive) Loved that there was a dry erase board with local food places to try, we tried the bakery and thought the cupcakes were delicious. Sarah was an amazing host and would get right back to me when I had to message her about a few things that came up. I know it’s not always possible but when things changed at my daughter’s competition and I asked for an extra night Sarah was able to extend my stay. I will definitely book and recommend her place to anyone I know heading to Daytona.
