*Beautiful and bright 1 bedroom condo

*with 2 queen beds

*kitchen fully equipped

*dining area.

*Large bedroom with balcony.

*Living room leads to another larger balcony. *Washer and dryer in the unit.

*Sleeps up to 4 guests



Guest Access:

Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
