MAIN LEVEL:
Walk up the stairs to the main level where a spacious living area awaits, complete with a charming fireplace. Step out onto the large screened-in porch, featuring a dining table and a cozy sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large dining space ideal for gathering with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is an entertainment area with fun games including Bubble Hockey and a versatile table that easily converts to enjoy a game of poker or bumper pool!

GUEST ACCESS:
Enjoy several outdoor living spaces all with beautiful panoramic lake views including a large screened in porch off the main level, a patio perfect for grilling, and an outdoor dining space large enough to fit your group.

The boat dock is a perfect space for swimming, boating, fishing, lounging, or enjoying endless fun on the slide! There are plenty of places to dock a boat including the boat lift, equipped with a hydraulic lift system suitable for an inboard ski boat or surfboat up to 24’ long, or you can tie off a pontoon boat in the water along the dock.

There are two inflatable kayaks available during your stay.

Indoors, the home is equipped with two distinct living spaces including two full kitchens. This provides the younger ones a chance to retreat to the game room to play arcade games or shooting a game of pool while adults can relax upstairs in comfort and style.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking essentials. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

For families with little ones: There are 2 portable cribs, a changing pad, a kids’ table and chairs, and a portable high chair feeding seat conveniently stored in the bunk bed room closet. A baby gate is also installed at the top of the stairs to help keep little ones safe during your stay.

While a limited number of life jackets and beach towels are provided, we recommend bringing extras to ensure everyone in your group has what they need. Additional paper goods and ice are also helpful to have on hand. There is a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 15 minutes away, with delivery service.
