Guests can enjoy the entire house with 2 private bedrooms. Extra privacy and security provided with automatic locks on the bedroom doors. Access codes sent prior to check-in.

The home has limited off-street parking for one car, but can accommodates 2 small cars.

Recycling is available, if you would like to participate. You may dispose of unbagged clean glass bottles, plastic and metal in the GREEN bin outside.
No smoking, vaping or illegal substances. Violators will he fine.
Minimize parking in front of the house as to not impede neighborhood traffic.
Take trash to the garbage bins at the end of your stay. Place only `bagged` trash in the BLUE bin. Place only `unbagged` clean recyclable glass, plastics or metal in the GREEN bin. You will be charged extra if trash overflows capacity or is placed in the wrong receptacle.
Take left over food with you or discard. Do not leave anything in the refrigerator or sink.
Do not connect devices to the television. Do not move furniture.
Inform your host if anything is broken or needs attention.
