I am not difficult to please, but this place exceeded all of my expectations and then some. The drive from the main highway was less than 5 minutes and security was well established never a concern. Surprisingly large and many places to relax and enjoy the view. Words can not express the gratitude my guests shared for their time here. Unreal!

The pictures only scratch the surface! Lovely property with clear check-in/check-out instructions. Great pool, ridiculous view! Endless amenities and so many activities nearby. An incredibly beautiful area to explore!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The views were even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and well-kept. We spotted a wide variety of wildlife and plants from the property. The host was very quick to respond to every question that we had, no matter how big or small. Just be aware that it will be a 10-minute bumpy drive up a very steep hill, but you will be rewarded with spectacular views. If you are up for the adventure, then you will love this house.

The house was gorgeous. The amenities were spot on. The views were spectacular. We stayed for 30 days and could have easily stayed the rest of our lives. The house was large enough to accommodate multiple guests. I was able to work remotely. The Internet service was more than adequate. The house was cleaned weekly. The gardener and cleaning staff were informative, helpful, and non-intrusive. High marks for safety and privacy.

Great property! Great stay!

We stayed on short notice with Tracy and team being great to work with. Very nice upgrades have been made and the outdoor sitting, lounging and grilling areas are outstanding additions since we stayed prior. Saw plenty of wildlife including two kinds of monkeys. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Four Senior Ladies

Everything was wonderful, especially being able to sit under the gazebo and enjoy the rain right in the middle of the rainforest. The road is a little rough, but with the 4 wheel drive, we had no problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Spectacular as described!

Beautiful property with a gorgeous pool. House is well maintained, very clean, and decorated nicely. Perfect size for our family of five, and close to many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Casa de los Sueños has a view of sunsets year round as long as the weather cooperates. It is also centrally located for guests to be able to enjoy the restaurants, tours, beaches and national parks anywhere from Quepos and Dominical to the southern villages of Uvita and Ojochal. When you spot monkeys for the first time, it makes it so much easier to spot them again because you know what to look for in the wooded areas. It doesn't matter how often you see them though because it always seems like the first time. They are fun to watch. The sunsets are enjoyable at Casa de los Sueños, they are year round and are also beautiful during rainy season when the clouds break. Silvia is a blessing and is very helpful for all of our clients. Another Amazing Stay

This was our second stay at Tracy’s property. It is simply magnificent. The upgrades on patio are beautiful from the last time we stayed in 2015. Everyone is wonderful, easy to contact and well the property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. Incredible home. The view is even better than the photos can do justice to. Complete privacy but make sure you do rent a 4x4 vehicle for the drive up! Owner and property manager were super prompt in communication and Silvia the concierge (included) was a great help in booking activities. Short drive to multiple markets and restaurants , this is an ideal area to stay in for a nice balance of activities but also away from city atmosphere. Only negative was the spa is not heated ( I like hot water!) We stayed in the rainy season & it was perfect- not too hot, no tourists, and the storms were awesome to watch. Most surreal sunset I’ve ever seen in my life from that back patio! Wonderful stay, thank you

It is usually very peaceful and relaxing. Rainy season is nice too since all of the vegetation is very green and growing. As you mentioned, especially in rainy season, a 4x4 is necessary in the whole area since our home and many restaurants and tours are located in the mountains. Stay near Domenical in Costa Rica

The house is perfect, up on the mountain overlooking the Pacific so you get terrific sunsets. The house has everything you need. The area is suited for those wanting to explore and enjoy nature with many waterfalls, hikes, surfing, white-water rafting, snorkeling, etc. The weather during out stay in Jan was perfect.

Great Villa in the Jungle

Our family had a great time at this property. We stayed for a month. The owner, managers, concierge, cleaning and maintenance staff were truly amazing, responsive and helpful. Close enough to restaurants and beaches but also far enough to feel remote. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cool. Views spectacular. We would book again.

Beautiful Jungle Retreat

We loved this peaceful and private home in the jungle. The outdoor living spaces are high-quality and and the views are spectacular. We spent most of our time enjoying the property and watching the wildlife. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a vacation in the Dominical area. We would love to stay again!

A great stay at a fantastic property

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times we were not disappointed at all,the property is overall outstanding, We all enjoyed our stay very much the views of the sunset and the ocean were outstanding, and we saw monkeys tucans parrots, and more. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it for breakfast lunch and dinners. the pool was fantastic, We were in it at least twice a day and the outdoor living room was so incredible in the morning and in the evening to watch the sunset I would highly recommend this propertyto anyone.

Faboulous House with great view and wildlife

Our stay here was amazing. The ocean view is fantastic to watch sunsets. We were able to view many of the local wildlife (Howler Monkeys, white face Capuchins, many toucans, and lots of cool insects). Communication with property manager and concierge were amazing. I'm so glad that you were able to see the howler monkeys and the capuchin monkeys. From our experience it seems that at times, you need to really watch and pay attention to the forested areas to get sightings of monkeys. Most especially the capuchin monkeys. They usually move very quickly. There are 2 types of toucans in the Dominical area and both are usually seen around the property. We are grateful for the nice review and hope you may return some day. A Family Getaway in Paradise

This property is everything and a bag of chips. Perfect location with amazing views that are breathtaking. The house is very clean and has everything that one would need included. Tracy the property owner and the property management company are very attentive and very welcoming to work with.
