As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. The rooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring comfortable bedding that ensures a restful night's sleep.

The property boasts two charming bunk beds wrapped in pine wood, perfect for accommodating guests of all ages. Additionally, the back bedroom offers a spacious queen bed, providing ample space to unwind after a day of adventure.

For those who love to cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking materials, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. The spacious dining area and bar seating provide plenty of room for enjoying meals together or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Our property also features new interior finishings, adding a touch of modern elegance to the space. Whether you're planning a hiking adventure or simply seeking a cozy retreat, our property serves as the perfect base camp for all your endeavors.

Outside, you'll find a delightful outdoor space perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Fire up the BBQ and gather around the fire pit with ample seating, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the starry sky. We're pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure.

Start your day with a tranquil moment on the porch, sipping your morning coffee and taking in the peaceful surroundings. After a day of exploration, unwind on our reclining sofa with smart TV access, or challenge your companions to a friendly game night with our selection of board games.

You will have access to the front yard, BBQ, outdoor space, parking, and the whole interior of the home during your stay.

The home is located within the Forks Rain Forest Mobile Home Park. The neighborhood and surrounding homes require a makeover, and are beginning to receive it! Nonetheless, the area is still safe and conveniently located right next to downtown Forks.

Located right next to the heart of Forks, so easy access into town for all your needs during your stay. Groceries, shops, coffee, and the only bar in town are all right within walking distance.

**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank.

* The bunk beds are 68 inches, 5 ft 8 inches, long. Please keep this in mind when booking.

*When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive from countless hikes and amazing places to explore.

*Please note that our tiny home Airbnbs have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.
- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)

- Please, no pets on the furniture

- Please make sure to pick up after your pet.

- Please no shoes within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.

- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.

- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.

- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
