Entire property and house is available. Some closets are locked off from guests.
Other things to note
There are absolutely no pets allowed on the property during your stay. There will be a $300 cleaning fee charged if there are any indicators of pets being present during your stay (pet hair, damage, etc.

We do not allow smoking inside of the home or near the main entrances/open windows. If you feel the need to smoke during your stay, please do so out near the fire pit area or in gravel parking area. There will be a $300 cleaning fee if there are any indicators of smoking in the house.

There are lots of elk that roam the streets and town during the day and night. Please make sure to keep the gates to the yard closed while on and off the property. We don't recommend getting close or feeding the wildlife.
