Upstairs, you'll find a twin bedroom, a full bathroom, and a queen bedroom. The entire property offers excellent air conditioning and heating, with thermostats in the master bedroom, living room, and upstairs. The Wifi is top-notch, and flatscreen TVs are available in every room. A crib and high chair are also provided for our younger guests.

Outside, the property features a large porch with a propane grill, a hot tub, and direct access to the East Gallatin River. The house is surrounded by a perfectly manicured lawn, ideal for various family activities. With 21 acres to explore, there's plenty of nature right on the property.

Fishing:

The East Gallatin River, a certified "blue-ribbon" trout stream by the State of Montana, meanders just 20 yards from the front door. Anglers can expect excellent fishing from early spring to late fall. The property is a 45-minute drive from the Yellowstone River, 40 minutes from the Madison River, and is surrounded by smaller creeks in the Gallatin Valley area. Guide services are available throughout the region, and recommendations can be provided upon request.

Skiing:

The Riverhouse is a perfect chalet for your winter retreat. It is 25 minutes from Bridger Bowl, a hidden gem of Rocky Mountain skiing with affordable lift tickets and 2,000 acres of skiable terrain, suitable for both beginner and expert skiers. The world-renowned Big Sky Resort, one of the largest ski areas in North America, is an hour and fifteen minutes away. Both Big Sky and Bridger Bowl enjoy excellent snow packs and even better powder skiing.

Hiking:

The Riverhouse is situated in the heart of some of Montana's best hiking trails, with over 73 scenic hikes just a short distance away.

Wildlife:

The Riverhouse is a sanctuary for wildlife enthusiasts. From deer raising their fawns to turkeys in full strut, and sightings of bald eagles, golden eagles, hawks, and pheasants, the property offers incredible wildlife experiences. Elk herds in the hundreds are also common in the base hills of the Bridger Range. A drive down Springhill Road and roads like Springhill Community Road offer truly awe-inspiring sights.
